ODD SALES provides sales diagnosis, growth strategy, digital marketing, web development, video editing, and design services. The specific scope of any engagement is agreed upon separately in writing before work begins.

A free consultation call carries no obligation on either side. We reserve the right to decline any engagement.

All content on this website — text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of ODD SALES unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.

Work produced for a client under a paid engagement becomes the client's property upon receipt of full payment, unless the agreement states otherwise.

You agree to:

• Supply any materials, access, or approvals needed for us to deliver the agreed work on time.
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the rights of others.

Payment terms are specified in the individual service agreement. Work does not begin until a deposit or full payment is received, as agreed. ODD SALES reserves the right to pause or discontinue work if payment is not received by the agreed date.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Sales results depend on many factors — market conditions, your team, and implementation — that are outside our direct control. Any figures shared on this website represent real past results, not promises for future performance.

We commit to doing the work agreed, with honest advice throughout. If we believe we cannot help you, we say so.

We treat all business information you share with us as confidential. We do not share it with third parties except where required to deliver your project (e.g. a developer or copywriter working under our supervision) or where required by law.

We may reference the nature of your engagement as a case study or in our portfolio only with your explicit written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ODD SALES is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in that agreement. Work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date remain payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance.
